Innovative ideas, success stories and a great international network:
Launched in 2009, LEAP helps national Mensas grow by exchanging the leadership experiences and best practices with other national groups. It provides a network of potential leaders who are able to learn from each other and pass the knowledge to their native groups.
In 2013, the group will travel to the American Mensa's 2013 Annual Gathering in Fort Worth (July 3-7) and the European Mensas Annual Gathering in Bratislava (July 31 till August 4) to present workshops on leadership experience and best practices that have helped their own Mensa grow. They will write a best practice report available to Mensa groups all over the world.
Each LEAP participant receives travel allowances (maximum 2,000 GBP) to cover the largest part of his expenses. National Mensas are encouraged to offer an additional allowance for their own participant(s).
How to apply:

2. Ask national board for approval, fill out the questionnaire and prepare video presentation.
3. Hand in application (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) till March 15, 2013
4. LEAP committee will choose the participants and inform all applicants till April 1.
